Warwick is seasoned. That means he’s been around the block and learnt a few things along the way. He’s been a senior executive in large corporates and a business owner in a range of sectors. He is a chartered accountant, business advisor and industry commentator. Warwick is personally referred to by banks and business associations to turn around poor performance, and help businesses reach their ultimate growth goals, and sale readiness.
Margaret has worked and owned SME businesses in multiple industries, including consulting, horticulture, access hire, and manufacturing. . Margaret relates well to business owners and managers as she understands the issues they face. With particular interest in the role of women in small businesses, their different needs, and different measures of success, Margaret is keen to support them to reach their full potential. Margaret has a BSc (Earth Sciences), a PGradDip in Agricultural Science, and a PGradDipBus in Marketing.

Lyall is our expert at sorting out the financial and administrative functions in SMEs and working with the business owner and staff to make these businesses more sustainable, more valuable and where required, preparing them for a more profitable sale.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive accounting, financial systems and commercial management experience in SMEs covering a wide range of industries.He has a detailed experience and understanding of the processes involved in the implementation of a range of financial and retails systems. Lyall is also able to get hands on to sort out the chaos in a user friendly fashion and train staff use the systems better to keep the business on track.
Lyall is comfortable with high level strategic thinking and has held critical roles in growing SME businesses and been involved in helping owners attract new equity partners and joint venture partners for their businesses.

Scott is another of our experts at sorting out the finance and administrative functions of SMEs. He has had experience as a CFO/CO
O General Manager in a broad range of industries. Scott has had senior roles in both corporates and SMEs in manufacturing, hospitality and gaming, local government, travel and tourism, fertility services and membership organisations.
He is skilled in information systems, recovery from systems and process failure, manufacturing, financial and commercial, human resources, change management, legal contracts, sales and operations, process improvement, education, business consulting.
Gary is a proven senior finance executive that adds commercial value to an organisation.
He has experience across a number of industry sectors including retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, building services, investment and finance. His expertise includes financial management, cash flow forecasting and reporting, business system and process improvements.
Gary is a team player with a logical and pragmatic approach to solving problems and achieving outcomes that enables the effective, planning, co-ordination and completion of tasks.
Kevin is a commercially astute Chartered Accountant with experience across a variety of sectors in highly competitive business environments. He has worked with engineering, manufacturing, education and travel businesses.
The past two decades roles have involved working through significant transformations of business structures, business system implementation and consolidation, change management and talent development.
In each of the roles the finance function has been a key business partner or influencer in the profitable growth and development of the businesses.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Masters in Commerce. He has extensive experience in financial and general management and operations management in various senior roles in businesses in the health sector, IT and logistics.

Sandy began her career in a chartered accounting firm in 2003 qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and has been working as the branch manager for a small accounting firm. Her main work focus has been in the tax compliance field, and she enjoys working with small to medium sized businesses helping them to produce timely relevant financial information to enable them to effectively structure their businesses to their best advantage, while working within current tax legislation.
Sandy’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business degree and a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree. She believes in having the right life/work balance and feels that this is something all people are entitled to and therefore this flows into her conversations with clients.
Joanna has joined us as a Business Analyst. She is an IT Professional with more than fifteen years of experience t and IT Project Manager for US multinational firms in the Philippines. She is currently studying in Auckland at Postgraduate level in IT and rapidly acquiring skills in Business Intelligence.
