How we Fixed It
Identified other contracting opportunities in winter months to utilise trucks and earn income in their quiet season.
Bought out one of the competitors trucks, and secured a 10 year lease on a bore, and then reactivated marketing activities and raised prices.
The company’s turnover doubled, which eliminated the investment to sink another bore, we got the bank back onside, the owners can service their debt and they got to keep their precious house.
